Licensed since 2003 and a broker since 2010, Doug is a seven-time winner of the San Diego Magazine Five Star Real Estate Award for his exceptional work in San Marcos and the surrounding communities. Doug established his multi-generational business on the highest level of integrity, a “giving first” philosophy, and an unrelenting need to go above and beyond for his clients. 

Involved in real estate since 1988 as a homebuyer, investor, and eventually, an agent, Doug now uses his far-reaching industry knowledge to mentor the future wave. This forward-thinking approach, combined with cutting-edge marketing and technology, allows Doug to provide clients with the high-touch, client-first service he’s built his brand around. A resident of Lake San Marcos since 1999, Doug has intimate knowledge of the San Marcos and North County San Diego markets. He uses this understanding to create a seamless process for the people he serves, always guiding them to make choices that will elevate their quality of life and create wealth. Specializing in seasoned homebuyers, investors, and more, Doug does more than sell homes — he makes a difference.

Doug’s relentless drive to deliver is clearly reflected in his personal life as well. Since June 14, 2016, Doug has completed a minimum of 22 pushups a day to raise awareness for the 22 veterans who die by suicide daily. Additionally, the California State Senate awarded him the California Hero of the Month for his work with veterans. A lifelong athlete, Doug finished in the top 20% of 850 competitors in the 1982 Ironman Triathlon World Championships in Hawaii. He passed the PGA Player Ability Test in 2001 and went on to win several tournaments. He now uses his focused competitiveness to achieve winning results for his clients.
