Tyler Davidson’s talent in business and real estate and his passion for helping others is evident in the respect and attention he gives to every client. A Realtor® since 2011 and a licensed broker since 2017, Tyler has been recognized with the San Diego Magazine Five Star Agent Award every year since 2014 - something only done by 31 agents in all of San Diego! Tyler was featured in the March 2016 edition of Top Agent Magazine.
 
Preparation, research, and education provide the fundamentals of Tyler’s elevated care. Whether he’s helping clients buy, sell, or invest, his savvy marketing expertise brings together the best of social media and traditional marketing strategies to create an array of comprehensive property solutions.
 
From making your home shine on the market to lending his sharp eye for detail to assess the potential value of a property, Tyler’s dedication to his clients’ needs and student mindset keep him at the peak of his craft, delivering extraordinary service every time.
 
A graduate of Palomar College and Roberts Wesleyan College, Tyler has a Bachelor of Science in adolescent education. In addition to his career in real estate, Tyler spent five years coaching for Carlsbad High School boys’ junior varsity basketball, leading the team to achieve league championships for three consecutive years.

Originally from Ottawa, Canada, Tyler enjoys all aspects of living and working in Lake San Marcos. In his personal time, he can be found playing in one of his basketball leagues, renovating his home, or woodworking.
